A icônica banda Pixies lança um vídeo ao vivo para “There’s a Moon On”, um dos singles de seu oitavo álbum de estúdio, “Doggerel”. O disco caminha entre os extremos sonoros que marcam a carreira do grupo, porém trazendo uma faceta mais sombria e madura ao lado de melodias pop e momentos folk. O vídeo foi gravado no Band on the Wall, em Manchester (Inglaterra).

“Estamos tentando fazer coisas muito grandes, ousadas e orquestradas. O material punk eu realmente gosto de tocar, mas você simplesmente não pode criar artificialmente. Há outra maneira de fazer isso, há outras coisas que podemos fazer com essa energia extra que estamos encontrando”, reflete o guitarrista e vocalista Black Francis, que divide a produção do álbum com Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Ghost).

“Desta vez nós crescemos. Não temos mais músicas com menos de dois minutos. Recentemente a banda passou pelo Brasil com um show no Rio de Janeiro e um em São Paulo, como co-headliners do Popload Festival.
