Desde 2016, quando a Confraria Floydstock lançou sua primeira playlist “Pesarmônica” com mais de cem faixas de metal sinfônico de vocais femininos, o projeto cresceu, inspirou e cativou fãs ao ponto de ultrapassar quatrocentas canções até hoje. Agora, a evolução desse universo ganha nova vida com a Playlist “Pesarmonica 2”, uma seleção ainda mais refinada e intensa.
Ao total, são 136 faixas de longa duração (6 minutos ou bem mais), distribuídas entre os principais expoentes do metal progressivo, sinfônico e gótico. O repertório inclui clássicos imponentes de bandas como Nightwish, Epica, After Forever, Tarja, Therion, Sirenia, Edenbridge, Xandria, Ayreon, Tristania e muitas outras, cada bloco alternando cuidadosamente os artistas, proporcionando uma experiência harmônica e envolvente.
Entre os destaques recentes, estão as faixas do novo álbum do Epica, Aspiral (2025), incluindo “Darkness Dies in Light (A New Age Dawns Part VII)”, “Metanoia (Part VIII)” e a monumental “The Grand Saga of Existence (Part IX)”, que encerra a playlist em tom apoteótico.

A ideia dessa coletânea é conceder ao ouvinte uma verdadeira viagem auditiva por meio de suites musicais crescentes e envolventes em atmosferas épicas, narrativa musical, técnica instrumental e emoção visceral. A curadoria, que trabalhou nessa playlist por 2 semanas até o resultado final, priorizou a diversidade de estilos, passando por suítes progressivas, óperas metálicas e baladas épicas.
